Yin Yoga Tuesday & Thursday 6-7pm Wednesday 11am-12noon
Yin yoga is a series of passive floor postures. Postures are typically held for 3-5mins. The postures held apply moderate stress to the connective tissues within the body with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
